Shipping Method

We ship through registered courier companies for both domestic (within India) and international orders.

• Domestic Orders (India): Delivered within 3–6 business days. The estimated delivery date will be provided at the time of order confirmation.
• International Orders: Delivered within 7–10 business days. International orders are currently accepted only via WhatsApp (+91 78897 63244) or @kashmirbooyenstore.

Note: Sundays and public holidays are not considered working days for standard deliveries.

Shipping Charges

• Within India: Free shipping is available on orders above ₹5,000.
• International Orders: Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of the shipment and are billed according to the standard rates of reputed courier partners such as FedEx, DHL, Aramex, UPS, and other equivalent carriers.

International Delivery Timeline

The estimated delivery time for international shipments is 7–10 business days. Delivery timelines may vary depending on the courier service and destination country.

Order Dispatch

• Orders are generally dispatched within 12–24 hours after payment has been successfully received in our bank account.
• Our warehouse operates Monday to Sunday during standard business hours.

Change of Delivery Address

Delivery address changes can be requested any time before your order has been dispatched, preferably within 12–14 hours of placing the order.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number that allows you to monitor your shipment using the courier partner’s tracking system.

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other local charges upon arrival in the destination country.
